Charter
The principal duty of the Residents Committee is to advise the Trustees on matters of
Communication, Social, Safety and Lifestyle issues within the Vendome Condominium.
The Residents Committee will create sub-committees to establish and maintain the Vendome
website; to establish and maintain resident email correspondences; to organize social events
and publicize them; to survey the residents regarding their priorities and opinions; to provide
ongoing assistance to the Board on landscaping and interior décor; and to publish a newsletter
on a periodic basis to provide information to the residents.
